    Fibre and Estrogen levels
High levels of estrogen in women have been connected to breast cancer and other women's health issues including endometriosis, abnormal growths of the uterine lining and hot flushes.
Although the evidence is not all in yet, it seems that eating lots of fibre each day might encourage your body to expel excess estrogen. The fibre actually binds to it and expels it out.
