Tuna and cheese omelette with asparagus

    Asparagus
Easy to prepare steamed, boiled or microwaved in just 2 or 3 minutes, asparagus is packed with folic acid, potatssium, B vitamins, vitamins A and C . It is good vegetable for breakfast because it is so quick to prepare. Try swapping bread soldiers for asparagus soldiers instead.

    Shopping list for 1 2 eggs
30g of tuna
1 cheddar cheese slice
asparagus
fresh tomatoes
1/2 grapefruit or an orange
  • Method
    
1.Take the bottoms off of the asparagus and drop them into boiling water or steam for 2-3 minutes according to your taste. Once cooked, remove immediately.
The omelette
1.Whisk the eggs with a few drops of water and any seasoning that you would like.
2. Brush the pan with a little oil and heat on a medium heat.
3. Pour in the beaten eggs and when the omelette starts to firm up, add the tuna and cheese slice.
4. Serve the omelette with the asparagus and fresh tomato
Don't forget to have your 1/2 grapefruit or orange.
